Dear Fr Bottoms,
 
As you might already know I was transferred from Lompoc to another prison in (near) Victorville also in California. Since the place is new the living conditions are better than in Lompoc but also because it's new we are missing some things like the recreation yard which has not been opened yet, some commissary items we usually need and are not for sale here, mail supplies like the "priority mail" envelopes I usually use to send my family letters etc. I hope such things are going to be improving little by little. The weather is too hot and dry for most of the people but for a Cuban like myself it's not a big deal.
